Shipping,Returns and Refund Policy
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of the order being placed. Tracking will be shared as soon as the order is shipped. After shipping, the order may take 2-14 days to reach the recipient address.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements
In case you have received a damaged product, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at email@example.com with the images of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will look into it and have the product replaced or refund the amount, whichever is applicable.
The refund can take between 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account. No refund applicable if investigation does not reveal damages.
Unlike other sites and businesses, we are not backed by big financial companies. We are a small biz, starting up our passion project about paper & stationery. Hence it does not give us the flexibility to have exchange, return and/or refund policy. However, in case of any damage or faulty product, you can email us at PaperMint.paper studio.com along with the pictures of the damaged products. We will be happy to resend the products to you.
You can cancel an order within a maximum of 24 hours of the order being placed. Since we want you to get the delivery as soon as possible, we may attempt at being over efficient. Therefore, if your order has not been dispatched, they will be accepted for cancellation. However, if your order has been dispatched already, the cancellation will not be approved.
Changes in your order information
In the event that you have entered an incomplete pin code or an incomplete contact number, please do not worry. Drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out with it.
